I’ve launched Sparks and Flow in 2025, a modern virtual support service especially useful through the Access to Work scheme.
I’m neurodivergent with ADHD+, late diagnosed at age 37 in 2021.
I’m inquisitive AF and a fact checker supreme. I am chronically online and unashamed. I have accounts everywhere and split my instagram into 5 different feeds. I often post and work late at night, it’s when I write best.

I’m obsessed with my 12 year old kiddo, Charlie. We both love cats but we don’t have one (which I guess makes me a Cat-less child-lady!)
I like to talk about internet culture, memes, podcasts, self improvement, therapy, people watching, psychology, photography, F1, mental health, neurodivergence, parenting, polyamory and politics.
